About

HomeAid is a virtual fund-raising campaign to benefit America’s homeless families, children, and veterans.

Using online video contributed by celebrities, performers, and people like you, we are raising funds to go to organizations that benefit the homeless, including the national nonprofit organization HomeAid.

The campaign will be capped by a live telethon in Fall 2012.

Making a difference…

Since sponsors will cover the costs of the event, 100% of donations will go to these organizations and homeless families who need your help.

Unlike FarmAid, whose donations are capped due to venue size and ticket sales, Home Aid’s potential audience is global, and donations are limitless.

Because the event takes place online, anyone can watch it from anywhere in the world, and anyone can donate to the cause.

A truly green, environmentally-friendly campaign…

Since everything is online, there is no place to fly or drive to, therefore no jet or auto fuel to waste, no trees to cut down for posters or paper tickets, no plastic cups, no hotels, and minimal impact to the environment.

What we don't do...

Home Aid is not designed to assist those who purchased ‘McMansions,’ or larger homes than they could afford.

Our goal is to save families, who by no fault of their own, are threatened with homelessness or foreclosure daily, while facing potential joblessness or illness.

These people – some of whom might be your friends and neighbors – are struggling. With your help, they can stay in their homes.
